Our office & factory campus, spread over an area of 8000 sq. metre, is situated in a village called ‘Patehara’ situated 60 km from the Varanasi airport, and  11 km from the Mirzapur city.

Driven by a passion for traditional hand-craftsmanship and a unwavering quest for innovation, we at Rajput Carpets strive to push the boundaries of carpet design by creating unique, authentically-crafted pieces that exude the perfect balance of tradition and modernity.

Our journey commenced in 1974, when our founder Shri Rajkumar Singh noticed a high demand for Indian handmade carpets in the western world and decided to work towards it. He, along with 5 employees, established 'Rajput Carpet Industries’ in 1975 that carried a promise of delivering the finest quality hand knotted carpets to clients around the globe. We exported our first rug to Germany.

In 2002, Rajput Carpet Industries changed to Rajput Carpets.

We take pride in being one of the very few carpet-manufacturing companies to have maintained the same consistency of making high-quality hand-knotted carpets over the decades. Having pioneered the art of making 14x14 (196 knots per sq. in) hand knotted rugs, we've earned a reputation of being quality conscious and delivering one of the best hand-knotted rugs in the industry. The quality and design of our hand-knotted rugs are revered internationally for their aesthetics and colour tonality.
