We are strictly following rules and guidelines laid down by the Labour Department by not deploying any child labour in our premise. We maintain the norms of Child Labour (Prohibition & Regulation) Act, 1986. Our staff and employees are provided with special medical allowance and monetary aid to their family members as well.
Over the years, the company has adopted various eco-friendly measures like reuse of the woolen waste & rain water harvesting etc. hence contributing towards the environment. In addition to providing employment and livelihood to people in and around Patehara, the company has incorporated various measures for welfare of the employees by training them into latest technologies and keeping them abreast with international scenario of carpet manufacturing insustries.
